WVTC is Namibia's flagship NTA vocational training centre and a UNESCO-UNEVOC Centre, located in Khomasdal, Windhoek. It is also the National Trade Testing Centre (NTTC), responsible for official trade testing and artisan certification across all trades in Namibia.
